Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds on any deposit paid.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required at the start of the rental. The amount depends on the vehicle category and rental duration. The deposit is returned in full after the vehicle is inspected and returned in good condition. This is separate from any cancellation fee.
Damage Policy
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period that is not covered by basic insurance. This includes tire damage, scratches, dents, interior damage, and damage caused by negligence. Damage will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
Cleaning Policy
Vehicles must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. If the vehicle requires extra cleaning (e.g., excessive dirt, sand, food, or smoke smell), a cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking in the vehicle will result in a deep-cleaning fee.
Late Return Policy
Please return the vehicle on time. A grace period of 1 hour is allowed. After that, late return fees apply per hour. If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of the agreed time without prior arrangement, CarKey reserves the right to report the vehicle and take appropriate action.
